So, I have question.
If I mention my absolute favorite guitar that I still own, am I allowed to change my answer next week...or tomorrow...or this afternoon?

NEVER saw the Victory guitar though ...........wowsers --that is stunning very PRS-ish like a new Mira
and look at all the PUPS HACKMASTER!!!!

Interesting you mention the Sonex.......been looking at those with the "Resonwood" .......
Id fancy a go at one of those........the Marauder seems interesting as well. The Victory bass is cool--- but essentially a copy of my Peavey T-20.....just shaped different ...so ---redundant....
The Sonex however peaks my interest as it seems the Norlin era answer to the current offerings like the M2 and the Firebird Zero ---oddly manufactured and sold to the similar price point --the Standard SONEX was 379 in 1980----- damn close to the price of current Zeros and M2.s ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,all these years later.............
My SG Custom is and has been my favorite
since I got it almost 49 years ago.
but...
I never should have sold this one.

Yes, it was a 2nd half of the '60s ES 355 TDC-SV and it had a maestro.
That guitar is at the very top of my should NOT have parted with it list.
I told myself I am gonna get one of those one day. Seems every time I find one some wad screwed it up in '80's by putting a stupid Floyd on/in it.
