Nothing special tonight. Tomorrow night I’m making Stromboli sandwiches… Italian sausage, cheese, mushroom, onion, green pepper and pepperocini with pizza sauce on a French roll, wrapped in foil and baked until hot clear through. If you’ve never had one, it’s awesome.

I've been on the great baked potato quest lately.
testing different oils to coat them and then season.
I did no seasoning, or oil on my charcoal grill.. awesome.
I tried canola oil in the oven the other day, it was ok. The oil might have been old as well.
Tonight is bacon grease in the oven. When I know, I will let you know..

Can never go wrong with bacon grease.
