I must ask -----why
Some people look at $2.37 and ask, "Why?" Others look at $2.37 and ask, "Why not?"

For almost $1300?I am curious to know how it sounds. If the tones are sweet, it could make up for the asthetics
For almost $1300?
The retail price, not the street price, was $1399 in 2010 for one of these.
Someone should have just bought a Nighthawk.

Yeah, I meant no offense to Nighthawk owners at all. Just pointing out the 3 different pickups in an LP-ish body done well...VS the guitar in question, in this thread.(IMO)I owned one for a while in the late 90s. Bought it from a friend who played out alot and in smokey bars before the air nazies took over here in So CA. Even though it played and sounded great, when you opened the case, it was like you were in a smokey bar. Not my cup of tea. Sold it after about 6 months.

I was thinking about it recently. However, you have to love the pups. The HB is slanted, the single coil has special mounting, and mini hums are not that easy to find cheap. In short, there was not enough opportunity for me to mess with stuff!Someone should have just bought a Nighthawk.
