What are you GAS-ing for?

Only problem with flipping it is I kind of ruined any resale value when I took the sander to it and tru-oiled it, lol.

Jeez, you did a nice job. Did you try traditional stringing rather than top wrap? Any buzz or plink on the frets?

I know you know your way around a guitar, but if you want to post sound clips and gut shots, I am happy to trouble shoot with you.

Thanks. No pings or buzz or anything like that. I've had the guitar since 2013. Bridges, tailpieces, pickups, nuts, tuners, believe me I've tried everything and then some.

I've been on an 80s movie kick recently. But I've thrown a feww 70s films in there for good measure. Watched the original Night of the Living Dead again and its better, and worse, than I remembered it. I guess I get a little critical of irrational decision making even when it's part of the script. But I think that just means I'm well on my way to being an excellent curmudgeon in my advanced years.

With the A hole I had for a father, I was a curmudgeon from about 8-10 years old till my 20's when God gave me reason to be joyful.

I also have some younger twin brothers whose bday is Monday. Not to mention several other friends next week and another brother is the 30th. I usually eat out a lot around this time of year. Usually a Japanese teppanyaki place since we can all agree on that.

Maybe one day we can all have a huge party and let @Sp8ctre pay since he is Mr Moneybags....:hide:
