What Are You Doing Right Now?

Drinking some coffee while letting breakfast settle. Heading to the Y in about a half hour to start trying to appease the doctor and lose some weight. Today is going to be Day 1. Was supposed to start Friday, but spent a late night at the emergency veterinary clinic in Boston with one of the cats. Hopefully, I can stick with it. I need to drop 30 pounds.

Good luck to you brother. You may consider the carnivore diet, I lost 20lbs in just a couple weeks with it. But overall I felt a whole heck of a lot better. I should go back to it.

I have a bunch of health issues to address. Both my PCD and Gastroenterologist want me on a Mediterranean diet. When I stick to it, I actually feel pretty good. They both swear that If I put in the effort, that diet actually works on Hemochromatosis and fatty liver issues. I'm doing good at regulating my caffeine intake. I just need to stop justifying pasta, pizza, and wine as Mediterranean, and start cutting out beer altogether. My Blood Iron (Ferritin) levels are finally down to 35 from 1100.

Epi Wino tracking today for new song rythym structure. Into my BUG with homemade cabs., using RAH clone in clean side Emi ,Swamp Thing bottom & very early run Marshall Vintage on top. When i had to learn guitar 10 years ago real quick, Got a BUG 22 & made my own cabs & went into studio 3 months later & recorded For the Lost full album. Sometimes, i think back, from the switch from playing bass all the years. I simply reacted on guitar. The studio was great, they let me flush out lead lines. But i kept everything in the pocket & simple. Now probably overthink everything lol all i used to know was Ibby bass for metal with thick strings & Fender Jazz or P for everything else into an Ampeg SVT. Life was simple & way less expensive before guitar madness took over BUG wino.jpgBUG cabs.jpgBUG mics.jpg
