Today I got a wild hair up my arse and went over to the studio and grabbed m.y 2x12 cab.
Stole the DV77 speakers out, installed them into one of my 1960a cabinets and put those 2 Manowars back into my 2x12.

Chill'n, or at least trying to ...

After talking with my sister on the phone...
I'm her rock to beat on when she needs to vent about life as a woman in aviation.

The Absolute Sh!t that female commercial pilots are forced to deal with is gut wrenching. The sort of things that a male would be justified in reacting violently to, with impunity, are "just another day at work" for a woman...who is expected to just roll with it.

Ladies and Gentlemen...please, if you encounter a female pilot, go out of your way to make her day easier, perhaps even happier by thanking her for her outstanding talent...

Because while you are sitting back there (hopefully) having at least a tolerable flight, she's going through hell up front; from her co-pilot or captain, company management, union bosses, ATC's (unless said is also female)...over things which have nothing to do with her abilty and skill as a pilot...

things that would cause a brother to do something which would land him in jail.

and still she puts that monster on the numbers with barely a bounce every damn time.

Deep apologies. Please be sure though so I know if I've broken a rule or not. Thanks.
No rule broken I'm aware of..... meant to add a laughing emoji and forgot. My apologies. I was snickering out loud when I read it.

Didn't fish today. just stayed cruising to keep cool.

BUT on the way there, my whole street was filled with gas Co trucks & all these guys with wands everywhere. They were not up to my house so i didn't think much of it,
Come home, its right in front of my house , the old pipe about 5 ft from house on the service connection is corroded through.

I just wanna thank the Lord for keeping me & my neighbors safe & just how good & responsive the Gas co was at getting on this. They swarmed this area this morning, little did i know what was happening. . Pressure was down & triggered something in their system. its a serious leak

Just talked to the supervisor of the crew. learned something amazing.

They have full time meter checkers...that check for leaks !!! I never knew that, Its not a meter reader like old days but a tech with gas sensing equipment. One of the guys detected something on our street this morning & out came the masses to find it immediately. i mean i know its protocol, but you do see houses being obliterated quite often on the news from gas leaks. So response time is of the essence.

They drilled holes in street until they found it. My concrete pad at my side where gas goes in is all jack hammered up & they are fixing already.
