Chill'n, or at least trying to ...
After talking with my sister on the phone...
I'm her rock to beat on when she needs to vent about life as a woman in aviation.
The Absolute

that female commercial pilots are forced to deal with is gut wrenching. The sort of things that a male would be justified in reacting violently to,
with impunity, are "just another day at work" for a woman...who is expected to just roll with it.
Ladies and Gentlemen...please, if you encounter a female pilot, go out of your way to make her day easier, perhaps even happier by thanking her for her outstanding talent...
Because while you are sitting back there (hopefully) having at least a tolerable flight, she's going through hell up front; from her co-pilot or captain, company management, union bosses, ATC's (unless said is also female)...over things which have nothing to do with her abilty and skill as a pilot...
things that would cause a brother to do something which would land him in jail.
and still she puts that monster on the numbers with barely a bounce every damn time.
