Same. Especially during full moon, can't sleep more than 3 hours or so..... sucks

My biggest problem is that I get the best sleep, about 2 hours before the alarm goes off ..
And it goes off at 4:00 am

Don’t know about that Norm. More or less, I haven’t slept worth poop since somewhere back in my 40s. Can’t remember the last time I even came close to sleeping the night.

As for what am I doing right now. Sitting in a lounge chair on the patio. Reading TTR. Taking a nap. While watching the smoke come out of my smoker as I’m turning some pork belly into bacon. Life is rough for an old retired guy like me.

Also listening to Classic Vinyl on my satellite phone app. At the moment playing one of the few songs I can do bumper to bumper. ELP “Lucky Man.” Granted…. On solo guitar. No drums. No synth.
