I’m working in tandem with a very experienced and skilled acoustic guitarist. He also plays electric from time to time, but he’s most comfortable on acoustic. But, he’s definitely not just a cowboy-chord strummer. In a strange way, in practices things seems to be taking on almost a psychedelic vibe for some songs, for which I think the SG is very well suited. I use the Jackson for some tunes where the guitar is detuned half a step.
