What’s on the Grill

I kinda think I might actually do this lol

I always get overzealous...cook way more than I need to...
That’s been my problem forever..
Going from six in the house to 3 .
@iblive
My problem has been out of briquettes, and difference’s in grilling or a pan fry, I do like my pork chops pan fried more than grilled.. but my wife has told me we have ribs.
So this may change soon.
Along with this winters weather

Cheers

Last couple times I had chops or steak. Pan fried. Vacationing in TN at a cottage. There was a grill. Just didn’t feel like messing with it. All we had was salt and pepper. I was generous with what seasoning we had. And they actually turned out pretty yummy.

That just makes me hungry..
Yeah…it was well worth sitting out for the temperature to drop to 39°F as the sun set. I had never tried the thin sliced, giant, baked potato scenario….it was fantastic! I was blown away! I had one, lone, jumbo(larger than I would usually “bake”) potato left over from a recent shepherd’s pie(mashed potatoes) cook. I’m gonna hafta do that one again!

I recently made my favorite corned beef hash from the leftover brisket from St Patrick’s day.. was the best I had ever had.
