What’s on the Grill

BD dinner was a chocolate port sauce covered filet with roasted potatoes and stuffed peppers. The recipe we found in.......the Costco Connection magazine. it is to die for. Make a little extra sauce and have you ever had roasted potatoes dipped in a chocolate port sauce ? Add a little nice blue cheese on top for an orgasmic touch. Damn, yum.

The way I see it, Why cook one, when you can cook 3!!

We only eat one at a time...the other 2 are cut up in sections and vacuum sealed. Then it's simple to take a breast out of the freezer and top off a quick salad, etc. I do this every week.

This chicken is so moist, it's ridiculous. However, I do find that if you are opposed to very delicious meat, you won't like this at all. Gross, as we say!!

This one was very Gross.....It was torture eating it.I'll have to try this again, and see what I did wrong!! :rolleyes::):)
