What’s on the Grill

Afraid I don’t have an after photo. Got a little carried away today. Fired up the smoker. Tossed on some ground pork. Ground beef. Chicken breast. Salmon filets. Half an onion and a jalapeño. Ground meat, onion and pepper for a casserole that’s in the oven as I type. Chicken for a salad later this week and maybe sandwiches for lunch. The fish. Just because. Probably have that with some good cheese. Crackers. Nice white wine.

Edit: The casserole turn out really nice. The meat. Onion. Pepper. Great beans. Cream of mushroom soup. Topped with tater tots and lots of cheese. Smoking (cooking) the jalapeño really concentrated the heat. Turned out really good.
