I love me a tri tipTonight. Something called a Tri-Tip. Started in the smoker to about 115 internal temp. Take off smoker. Let rest. Fire up grill to 500 plus degrees. Got water boiling for corn. Start corn. Put beef on grill to sear and get internal to 125 range. Eat. Yum. View attachment 46642
