I'm going to have to disagree there; just because signals are outside our *very limited* ranges of sensory perception doesn't imply there's a problem. There are gamma rays shooting right through you and me in this instant and we're physically oblivious to that fact, yet they pose no problem in natural doses. We can't feel radio waves or a host of other things, either. I'd say we have organs for given parts of the spectrum because they result in capabilities that benefit survival. Eyes, ears, etc.
I'm quite aware of big pharma, trust me. Rife's work has however never been replicated, never survived a peer review and is based on entirely unproven suggestions. There is no tangible evidence supporting any of it. That makes it dubious at best, given that it contradicts many proven concepts. I would not be surprised if big pharma shut him up, he wouldn't be the first. It also wouldn't inherently validate his claims either, though.
Aye, if you can solve or tackle a problem naturally, go for it. It's normal to find two frequencies/notes that are out of tune with each other displeasing, sure. Isolated, it makes no difference to the vast majority of people. Only a tiny minority (mostly musicians, I would guess) would actually pick out a guitar tuned to 432Hz vs 440Hz. Play your A string and look at a spectrum analyzer. You'll see a span from waaay below 432Hz to way above 440Hz.
