Man, I just wanted to share this...today I was invited to audition for an instructor position with a performing arts academy. It's exciting and intimidating at the same time. It's a full-time gig if it pans out...

So today is the performance interview. Talk about feeling intimidated. My ability to read music is probably still at the kindergarten level at best and I am quite certain I will be facing far more educated musicians.

Applicants have been asked to perform one song - any genre - and I just couldn't think of anything I really felt was suitable, so, I created this tune for the audition...
