Nothing like a brisket, when the chef knows how to smoke it correctly.

Of course, now we will have @Ramo telling us that smoking brisket will clog our pipe up, or make a Snoop Dog reference.

I have never done a brisket. So hopefully this first timer nailed it.

It really is a work of art.
At least to me, that is as much art as any sculpture, painting etc....

Absolutely agree! Old muscle cars and their engines obviously have a hard time matching up against today's supercars but no matter what: today's best still doesn't look as beautiful as the classic Detroit era from 1964-1972. They ARE works of art and just awesome to see and hear

The newer one’s aren’t too shabby either. This is a 12.75 sec car. It was my DD for 9 years.
