Here is where I finally got my thoughts down in a recording. Raw as it gets, 1 take. Quick n dirty.
You see I work at a specimen lab in Albuquerque.... Sleazy guys walk in and out all day long... I hand them a dirty magazine and a sample cup in a brown bag. They go to a room for a while, come back with a "sample" the secretary checks their data and I transfer the cups to the lab. I can't think of a worse job in the world!
We are touring with Killswitch Engage and I am absolutely loving every minute of this!
One thing I found out is that Jesse has a tattoo of aPapa Smurf on his ass and it reads keep on trucking!
Also, Adam will only eat 2 things, chicken nuggets and hot dogs.... Says he doesn't trust real food from anywhere, deathly afraid of getting food poisoning again!
...This is amazing!!!

:dood:Murcielago is a really good Maine based hard rock/stoner/metal band. Anvil are a second tier Canadian metal band that got together around 1982, and still surprisingly tour. Even though it was an early show, the house was packed for Pigboat and Murcielago, then kind of emptied out as the night went on. Anvil played to about 25 people. I also left before they were finished. They did nothing really memorable.I don't know who they are..is that a play..sorry sorry something came over me..
Thanks! I didn’t even start recording until 6:00PM…it took me forever to figure out how to make a photo into a video item…Holy Moley that flat out rocked
That’s ready for airplay.Squatcher got a new gig! We sent this demo video out, and....

That's it! I'm out of the "Private Septic Tank Interior Resurfacing" business for good! That job sucked anyway! I chucked my trowel at the boss today....done!
Squatcher got a line on opening for Queens of the Stone Age on their latest tour! It is gonna be so much fun touring with these guys! They actually bring around a "shrine to The King"(that Elvis guy) that they visit before each performance! Kinda weird, if you ask me...not judging though...they're super cool to hang out with.

I just got done writing lyrics. Now for music. Thanks! I didn’t even start recording until 6:00PM…it took me forever to figure out how to make a photo into a video item…
I’m not quite sure what he means…I didn’t even use an amp,,,not one…I wrote the song around three drum loops arranged together in EZDrummer…I didn’t even stand up to sing…just held a mic, while wearing headphones, and seated in an office chair…I could have done this on my phone pretty easily. Six tracks total…a liberal splash of reverb on the vocals, slap a limiter across the mix, and render to video. The lyrics and singing were, by far, the hardest part. I even took time out to cook dinner.Cowboy is wondering why you strayed from the "quick and dirty" subject matter theme?

edit: This was the first “full song” with lyrics I’ve written in years.
Don't get us wrong Both cowboy and I LOVE that you have given us all a Restraining Order! It's just part of the challenge was worded like this:
"As you might have already guessed, the title/subject of the song will be... “Quick ‘n Dirty”

Hahaha yes!!!! Called out Adam D's love of bad nitrate foods and Jesse Leach's tramp stamp!
And was that a Marlin?!
Well…I guess I will have to take my lumps…at least I wrote a funny tune. But yeah, I was self conscious of the subject matter…it’s not my thing…Well... still a quite impressive Squatcher and Dongle Danger is just plain full of interesting surprises. I do wonder if your competitors will accept your explanation though
