To What Are Yee Listenin' Right Now?

Eddie Van Halen is introduced by Les Paul during Les Paul's 1988 cable/home video special. Eddie also performs a short guitar solo which includes "Cathedral" and an abridged version of "Hot For Teacher" with a band that includes Jan Hammer on "Keytar."

That was really cool, .......until. Did someone not get the note on the Hot for Teacher key? Lol.

I saw David Van Landing sing for Michael Schenker about 10-11 years ago. As I was expressing my interest to the seller of my EPI Korina V signed by Schenker and the guys, I mentioned this show to him. He said he was working for Mike that night and it was sad that David Van Landing and Elliot Rubinson had both passed since then.

@Sapient, All I can say is WOW. Check out his pipes.

Any of us who have worked on singing, recorded our singing, discussed singing, or watched singing instructionals etc. HERE is one killer example of the voice as an Instrument.

WOW, Mr Van Landing, I am glad I saw you sing for Michael Schenker at our local club before you left us too soon.

I caught that too. Sometimes :poo: happens when you are playing live. He did pretty good getting back on track.

For sure, yes. Live has its risks. I think I put that post up as some assurance for myself. I was like . Something didn't seem right.
