SCREW Capacitance...........like I learned in racing Motocross ----when in doubt OPEN THE THROTTLE--- all you need is more VOLUME!

No seriously ----- you can land most jumps if you have juice---- if you dont the front wheel digs in and your breast bone meets the handlebars......you only do that once or twice and you get with the program.....................when in doubt ----PIN THE THROTTLE---- ;)

Tell you what, with the .033uf/.015uf K40Y's you can turn the tone knob to ZERO and still have a sweet tone...and a lot of that is the 40-50 feet of cable I use...
 
I have an Estwing, too - the kind with the leather handle. They used to be made in my hometown. Mine still works fine, and shows all the signs of heavy usage.
