It appears that there really is no official manual for any of the Weber attenuators. The image for the Mass Lite posted by Thatbastarddon is the most they provide, so I put something together. Attached is a PDF of the description of the Mass III, the image posted by TB-Don and the info from the Attenuator FAQ page of the Weber website. Hope this helps.

I used my Weber Mass Lite 100 quite a bit when I first got it, then put it back in the box for a while. This morning, I pulled it out and hooked it back up. Wow - I didn't realize how it shapes the sound - as opposed to just reducing volume. I'm running volume on my "Red' channel at 9 O'clock - that's blazingly loud - and the attenuator knob around 7 O'clock, so there is a lot of attenuation going on here.

The little pots I tossed away by the handful. I checked a couple and they are more accurate than even the high price CTS. The only thing is they wear out fast. I will like them in my fun guitars but in my work guitars they last two months I guess. The wipers go south, a spray does nothing.

But mostly I just rock out! Blast the fur off all nearby creatures! Those things are like playing in a condom. I didn't get a fast car to go slow and I didn't buy a loud amp to be quiet!
