I was quite shocked when I first found out the meaning of the name. It got that name because the sauce is considered "dirty", traditionally containing capers, olives and anchovies.

Im coming to your house for dinner--- I'll bring 2 prostitutes one for each of us ;)

Love the menu --- alswasy had fun messing with the "Conchs" in Key West (for those who dont know thats what "locals" call themselves in Key West) They got all confused when i would call it --or them Scungili ;)
 
...and in case the dog is busy eating someone else.
