It has the stock Burstbucker 1 & 2 pickups in it. Sounds great to me, so I haven’t messed with it.SG John, what pups do you have in your 335?

Use the app sometimes, if I want to change something. I haven’t looked in to hooking it up to a computer for anything but the interface function. I didn’t like the interface function though, so I’ve been running the line out for recording with it…in to my usual interface.Hey did you use the App or just hook yours up to computer? I will try USB to desktop n see I guess. I just wanna load 4 tones I like.

I was never good at warming up before playing. Play some easy chords and then get at it. These days, I do tend to try and warm up. Fingers get a little stiff. Don’t know if I can call it arthritis or not….. or just stiff and sore from being an old guy???@WavMixer
Awesome to hear, Grant!!
It may help to use a physical therapy routine before you play.
I do this: warm up my hands and wrists under very warm water and do some warm up exercises beforehand, just a minute of moving the joints around and a little stretching. You could ice afterwards as well.
I have not needed the ice, but this has helped me a lot.

Hope you get better soon bud!Thought that I might finally test negative, but no. At least I'm not wanting to sleep eighteen hours a day now, and seem symptom free other than an occasional cough.
For today's muse, I went a different route, and dug out my JamMan. I forget why this ended up in storage, instead of on a shelf where I can grab it when wanted, but I fixed that. Decided to loop a bunch of Doo-Wop chord progressions with my Billy-Bo plugged into the DST-15 with a tad of reverb. Then played over the loops with the Billy-Bo and my El Capistan into the DST-15. Got a nice, big, fat, 1950's Gretsch tone out of it. Both pickups are definitely where it's at! The sound made looking for sweet melody lines to play over the loops a ton of fun. I will be doing this much more often, as I also find the JamMan useful for writing.

I've had that for maybe eight years, or so. Maybe longer. I used that for the version of "Don't Fear the Reaper" we did for the Blue Ӧyster Coughlin show. It does have a bit of a metallic gun metal grey thing going on. Dug that out today as a reminder to buy and change the battery before it goes bad.Indeed! Get well @SG John !
That sure is one crazy-shiny e-bow you have there!!! Interesting color too…must be fairly new.

Mine is an old bluey-grey 90s version….it has seen some action…I've had that for maybe eight years, or so. Maybe longer. Mine is more shiny than metallic. It does reflect well.. It doesn't get much use. I can never figure out where using it will work well. Maybe if I wasn't the only guitarist, it could be more useful. It does always go with me to a studio, because then you can have several tracks of EBow.Mine is an old bluey-grey 90s version….it has seen some action…
