The Muse I Adorn

Not really a guitar muse, but amp related instead. I should have taken a current photo. After a few very hard weeks, I managed to jam with the guys in my band for the first time in a couple of months last night. Since all my Hiwatt and Marshall stuff was at my house, and I didn't feel like like schlepping too much stuff with me (the Fender was already at the bass player's house), I played my old '64 Fender Bandmaster. It has a very different sound, and made me approach my playing a bit differently. I had a lot of fun with it. I plugged my Pelham Blue Burny SG copy into it. It was fun. We started out with a good 20 minute jam on a groove that the drummer started, then got settled into playing some stuff from our set list. I really need some free time to write some new material.

It's the Blonde Fender behind my Epiphone lap steel, on the right.

NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a few months focusing on house renovations (still at it but ...) I figured it was time to MAKE TIME for some hands on.
Last night and again just now I'm falling in love all over again with the Tele Elite. Both pickups, "S" switch engaged and Robert H's amp settings on my little Blues Jnr. Now fingers try to remember where we left off :-)

Anytime!

It's become a trademark of sorts. I set every amp there!

Robert, my 42 year old son, an accomplished musician was impressed with your settings.
He took my little amp (in above photo) to his band practice last week and it came back with "almost" the same settings. That's high praise!
