I just checked the website.
The American Eagle electric guitar ($1500.00) is sold out.
The autographed American Eagle electric guitar ($11,500.00) is also sold out.
American Eagle acoustics, both signed and un-signed, are still available.
The Presidential Series is still available ($1500.00).
According to the website, the American Eagle series is limited production. The website doesn't say if the Presidential Series is also limited production.
All of the electrics are Les Paul-style guitars.
Aside from being a bolt-neck guitar, the Les Paul-style guitars do not exactly follow the Gibson Les Paul shape.
Here's a little side-by-side comparison shot I put together. Presidential series on left. Gibson Les Paul Supreme on right.
The lower horn curls in just a hair less than the Gibson model and the shoulder of the upper bout is slightly sloped. Also, they use a different headstock shape. So, it's debatable if Gibson will choose to sue over trademark infringement.

It will be interesting to see in the next 15 to 20 years if we start seeing these pop up on the used market. I don't really think guitars are a good investment, but I can see others buying these with that expectation.
