Thanks for the add! I sincerely appreciate it!

No I haven’t

well mitch, Fypon is essentially a foam material extruded into shapes. I haven't scratched my brain on how u got the door into the stucco, but you should try fitting a 3'0x 6'8 Storm door in a front entry door frame that measured something like 35 inches x 79 inches, all set into a brick faced home with this styrofoam trim that was also obviously too narrow and too short to fit the damn storm door. Oh and a seriously underbid price quoted too.

Try squeezing a 36x80 door frame into a 35x79 hole with brick and this junk to work around.

The whole time I was solving the issue, I cursed the person responsible for non standard doors in a Tract home development. All I could think was the builder got one helluva deal because they were non standard sizes.

I pulled the trimmer, and cut it 3/4” to nothing put it back in, cut the header a 1/2” off the bottom to gain height. All of this was shown to the superintendent, and home owner, the stuco stop at the top had the preferred reveal , but was hanging past on the bottom.
Door functions perfectly fine though.
Cheers
