Hey Chili I got one for ya.
Today I had to set a man door on the side of the garage in La Habra, the homeowner had run into the front of the garage about 15 years ago, and damaged the wall and jamb, fast forward to about 6 months ago he does it again, insurance is only going to pay for paint on the man door, (remember it hasn’t worked in 15 years)
So today after all the stuco and repairs are finally finished.
I get sent over here to hang a new door.
The existing is out of plumb by an 1-1/2” and the header is 1/2” low.
Now I am to do this magical feat without breaking the stuco !!
Or removing the stuco stop
And I am victorious
