You win. So far it looks like our coldest night in the same stretch will be -12F. But I guess there is a slight breeze accompanying the cold. Weather guy suggest first of week some areas may see a wind chill of -40F. Brrrrrrr!!!!!!!
Winter finally arrived at my place. Winter storm warning for much of the area. Blizzard warning west of me back towards Davenport Iowa. My brother lives south of Davenport. I’ll check in with him in a bit. For us. Depending on who you listen to or read. Could be 6-8” or as much as 14-15”. And then as evening gets here near blizzard conditions with wind gusts of 50mph possible. Great day to be an old retired guy.
Well my brother and a friend that also lives in western Illinois are reporting sideways snow. If it holds together for a couple hundred miles, that'll be our weather this evening.

Our deep freeze comes first of week. Mon-Wed has negative double digits F real temperature for lows. Heard the weather guy last night say we could see a -40 wind chill Monday or Tuesday. That doesn't matter F or C. It's the same. Stinkin' cold.
