The case is over. The intro is not in the original deposed PRA copy, so there is nothing to claim copyright over. Same goes for the Zeppelin deposition. Only the verse and chorus are present. Incredibly sloppy work by both bands, but it has brought the case to a crashing conclusion.

Which...makes me wonder if there is a risk that someone else may poach the intro and copywrite it now!

If they haven't already done so, Zep should clean up these loose ends, post-haste, and get the necessary sheet music and/or recordings deposited.
