So Anyway...

My youngest g/daughter went home yesterday after staying for 3 weeks. I have my life back :)
She has a guitar stored here but doesn't play as well as Gabriella Quevedo ... but she's only 3 years old, LOL.

I'm dealing with a 7 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. They both want me to play every waking moment.

We tried guitars and they are just to inattentive right now. They both just want to turn it to 11 and wail on the strings...

they always do--- yet give em half a chance they will go after a drummer........wimins ---go figure....

Oh trust me...when we go to a show she's always watching the Drummer. She juts don't want a set in our house...and maybe drummers are like minibikes and fat girls???

So anyway.....my Orange head from Frank arrived already & my Dover Drive showed up....the post office is moving fast! Both of those were sent Saturday! Unfortunately my post office is only open 2 hours a day to pick up packages. I didn't think they would arrive that fast:BH:

Got to pick them both up. Just gave them a very quick test! As I figured the Orange is LOUD! Had the 5w combo and it was in your face loud but didn't have a 3 band EQ or gain. This is a lot more controllable. Sounds great at lower volumes on 7 watts and gain. Definitely going to be a fun amp! The Dover Drive I turned it on played a couple riffs and shut it off. I need to play with the internal bias but this thing may not be for me........

I jokingly asked my wife if she could help me play mixolydian scales over blues progressions. She responded "does this involve making it loud?", to which I said "never mind honey"
