So Anyway...

So, anyways...I was gonna try and trade my 2016 Gibson SG T Series for a 2016 Gibson Les Paul 50's Tribute, but I could scare one up locally.

Now I'm thinking I may trade it for another DSL40C.

I found one close by in factory white Tolex with a Vintage 30 upgrade.

My plan is....if it works out...

1. Convert amp into a DSL40H with a custom cabinet from Mission Engineering

2. Convert empty cabinet to a 1x12 rehearsal cabinet

Just thinking outloud...

I ---- played guitar--
had mixed berry pie for breakfast (it was GOING to go bad i HAD TO)

vacumed my office
went to the store-
made a couple cold calls (potential victims ...er --uhm-- clients ;) ) dropped off business cards
ate lunch
and well here we are ---

These are great and affordable acoustics with good tonal and playing qualities for what you pay for. I have 2 acoustics: a very sweet '08 Martin HD-28 and a 3 year old Taylor GS Mini with the mahogany top and no electrics.

But in the future I'll cash out of all my retirement accounts, buy a house cash, off the ocean to the mainland due to taxes ,H'Canes and tidal surges ….. and just sit around comfortably in the pool waiting for the inevitable, while, playing in an old man band which ironically will be playin Yes, King Crimson, and Zappa! 36_11_6.gif Dinosaur Rock

U Turns under the bed sheets make you go bald -------

Uturns in Flo-ri-DUH are allowed -- well they do them -- all the time at all the intersections --- Ive even seen them from the 2nd to right lane -- crossing 2 lanes in THEIR line of traffic to whip a "Uie" into the oncoming lane ---

he was signaling for a right turn even --- wish I had a dash cam. that one was EPIC--- me and 3 other drives looked at each other going ......

Thanks for chiming in. I am sitting on an offer right now. Is it worth buying in addition to the dread acoustic that I already enjoy?

I wanted a smaller and inexpensive acoustic to "beat around" the house and bring it along when we get out on the travel trailer. I messed with cheaper ones, but I couldn't overcome their inferior tones and quality compared to the GS Mini. So... In my case, it was worth it to me.
