In the other main thread I was wondering why guitar only posts, for driven rock submissions.
Went back to see @ibmorjamn s initial Strutter post, to hear he indeed did have drums, bass, vocals.
So much music coming in, it's hard to keep track of it all. good thing!
I wanted to do a test to add drums, see what might happen
Looked for ibmorjamn's punk tune to see if I could add drums, it seems to be gone now, so I grabbed @Jethro Rocker s rudolf
this is terrible pisspoor edit, done in a video edit program. I had to speed up the drums, then lower the pitch to sort of match,
and mixing audio in a video edit program less than ideal. Quick job.
I don't know if it's better or worse actually. But it gives an idea of what it might be like working with
a stock youtube beat of which there are many.
The rhythm guitar would definitely be stronger to an actual drum track or click at least.
I now know you both do DAW work, but perhaps considered the punk up for a single point
far too throwaway to spend time with. I get that.
Fun enough for this thread tho - And Jethro Bloody Good cockney mate
