So, if there's a massive surge entering the power strip, that plugged-in circuit will prevent the surge from reaching anything else that's plugged into the power strip as long it's first in line?

Just one further thought - doesn't apply in the UK, but it will in the US. Don't try to adapt this two a two-pin environment. It must have the ground connection to work.

A slight thread revival...

Until now, I never did follow up on building these circuits for my personal use. Anyways, I just got thru ordering the parts needed for 5 circuits. I have sourced all the components needed from one source: Digi-Key

I like RVA's idea about adapting the circuit to a plug and inserting it into a power strip. Just like he showed in post #79.

I just figure if it is inside the amp circuit I don't need to worry about it then. My pedalboard is battery powered so no worry there.
That's the great thing about being us, we can do it how ever we feel fits our rig the best.
Once I get the board material and turrets I will be building about 20 of them if anyone want to fit one inside their chassis.
