I no longer run anywhere.
My problem is with all the crackeling parts don’t need anymore fatigue.

Walking the pooch and mowing the yard is the extent of my exercise. Occasionally running the chain saw and splitting wood for the fireplace.

I really don’t have to walk the dogs, but I do mow edge, vacuum the pool, and I am up an down stairs at work, along with the trail that now leads to the middle level, of the house we’re working on.

I like @Jethro Rocker ‘s approach and attitude to the situation.
