It's turned out to be the best practice amp I have owned

This has been my go-to, no worries, practice amp for a while. There is a lot of interesting variety in the whole Quilter line

ever notice...we sound like us....we buy amps..we dial in us...amp was supposed to take us somewhere new tonally..what do i do..dial in exactly like the last 20 amps...everytime..lol

That is spot on. I try to make every amp sound like the tone in my head - in other words, exactly the same!! Luckily, the amps do not accommodate my wishes!

The Cornell did it for me, but I have to say I don't like shootouts where the guy plays different passages for each amp.

Pick a riff or two and play the same thing through each amp...

I just watched the video, and that's exactly how I feel, too. But Grumpy's question is: "Which was your favourite sound? ". With that in mind, the sound coming out of that Cornell is awesome and very super dynamic too. All the amps sounded good, even the Katana. But once again, the demoing guitar player is really good and can probably make just about any amp sound good.
