Pedal Boards:

I just gave a couple of pedals I wasn't using to my son.
I gave him a Behringer TM 300 Tube Amp Modeller , which has settings for Fender, Marshall and Mesa Boogie, and also gave him a Boss DS-1 Distortion pedal that I had modded.
I don't really need either, as I have a tube amp that can be made to sound Fender'ish, think Champ, and I don't generally play a lot of high gain stuff, so the Marshall and Mesa settings weren't being used anyway.
And the distortion isn't required, as I have an onboard TS9 Tube Screamer circuit built into my amp.

I've just made some changes to my pedalboard so I thought I'd resurrect this thread rather than starting new one.
This is what my board used to look like; well the length anyway. The current pedals are a bit different.

As the current board was a bit too long for some live situations, I've taken some of the length off the board and added a bit of extra height to the back row on the board to give some extra toe tapping room. I think it's turned out pretty good and made it a much more manageable proposition.

yeah, I do love my Bad Monkey but the last time I plugged in a band practice the TO800 sounded amazing. Must have just made the slightest changes and been in the right part of the room cos usually it sounds a bit thin. Still trying to figure out how I set aside the coin to pick up a Crowther Hotcake to add to the board. One day :hmmm:

I know some people are curious about my board. Here's a photo of it with the function of each pedal included in case it's not obvious.

It is actually two boards, each with it's own T-Rex Fuel Tank power supply.

On the left is a Pedaltrain 2 with a Fuel Tank Chameleon power supply, on the right is a Pedaltrain Jr with a Fuel Tank Jr power supply.

Smart choices and well organized. Very nicely done!

That board packs a big punch in a small space!!

You know... I went back and found I hadn't posted my PB rig. Not that it's special or fancy, but the important thing is it works for me. In some ways, it's simple.

The white one is an Ibenez Dual Loop Selector... I like this one because I normally use it to plug up to 3 guitars into it and don't have to unplug/ plug in guitars when I need to change. It's like an A /B /C switch. But I have also used it to plug 2 amps to it with a single guitar and it gives me an amp selector pedal.

The yellow one is the Behringer Ultra Chorus which I give high marks to it. Very good pedal.

Orange is an Ibenez Bi Mode Phaser... was very cool bit I think I just got bored with it?

Purple is a Rockson Flanger... this too is cool on some songs but maybe I got bored with it too.

The Gray one is a DOD EQ I really don't use, but plug in my acoustic partners passive Alverez to give it a volume boost.

The big one is my Vocalist Live 3. I program a little of my guitar effect thru it but obviously it is more for my vocals. VERY awesome machine for solo shows...

The double FS6 pedals are connected to the Boss DR880.

I have pre-programmed the guitar sounds and setting I need or want for "my sound". I will go directly to the PA or split it off to the PA and an amp if I need stage sound. If I need a particular amp sound, I take it's output to the amp and then either direct to the PA or mic it for ambient sound. Either way, I like the "KISS" program... "Keep It Simple Stupid"... and I have used this long enough that it is simple for me.

Enjoy! :dood:

So I bought an EBMM SMY2D guitar.
I had an EQD Dispatch Master laying around.
Can't have a stray orphan pedal.

This happened.

The Y2D has a single coil in it so gotta have a Wah.
2 kinds of dirt and a swirly thing, delay and reverb.
All on a 14.5" X 5.5" piece of poplar.
Tiny but does lotsa stuff.
(I really need to vacuum my workshop rug...)

Since most my pics are gone because of the dick move by Photobucket, I'm posting picks of my suitcase pedalboard again. It is still inspired by Shreddy's suitcase. Pedals tend to change a bit.
