Old dudes are asleep...

Only the people directly under this line got to experience totality.... the closer to the red line in the center, the more centered in the shadow of the moon you would be.

I went to Madras and camped out it a hay field, and it was just off from the red line. We got to see totality for well over 2 minutes

I'm not going to be going into the Mexican country side anytime soon lol...but a little ways NW of Austin, or Waco, or Killeen...these places in Texas should be prime viewing.

Sadly, my wife has said on numerous occasions that she will never return to Texas...but that doesn't mean I won't. I enjoyed my time spent there 21 years ago, and it seems like it would be the best place to be to see the next eclipse.

think its my last one. last sat at a job we watched a guy gunned down..heard pop pop pop pop 2 blocks up..right in the middle of the road at 230 pm broad daylight...saw the guy fall... dead

1 hour ago my tech was 4 cars away working on Hunter & 16th in Harrisburg..guy ambushed & killed the guy. Now my tech is stuck with police cause of the dash cam

My V order from 3 weeks ago is still floating around shipping. Time to be done at work..Harrisburg has been so violent last 2 months...going to figure out how to sell the companies ASAP..

So tired of it. The news isn't exactly what i see every day..we service all walks of life..every race..belief...and most people are family oriented, hard working people basically interested in making it through life..then the other batch..ruin it for everybody. Christmas Eve 2018 that guy stuck that 45 in my gut after i just made car key for him. What the hell is that ?

I don't take well to guns being pointed at me....happened once, and I tried to run the prick over with my Buick...he ran lol Another time a dude pressed his knife to my chest so I just leaned into it and challenged him. He figured I was a crazy bastard off the rails and backed off....he obviously didn't expect that reaction! I'm too old for that kind of crap now, and I don't have the same kind of luck as I did back then, nowadays I'd die for sure...

Nowadays I'm the type of dude that will send you a glitterbomb full of live bedbugs if you try that kind of poop with me....just ask my old boss lol

I have been to Harrisburg, and Hershey, used to bring Gould batteries back to The City of Industry late 70’s only met the blue collar types out there.
But I know first hand there are assholes everywhere, so sad you have to deal with them on a day to day basis.
I am just lucky I guess, the only person to put a gun to me was a cop .
I count my blessings.

Hey Mitch, you ever drive into Punxsutawney PA? You have to come to a stop at the top of the hill in a commercial vehicle just so you don't destroy all of downtown when your brakes fail. It's quite the puckering experience.

Never seen that one, all I can say is whatever gear you’re in at the top of the grade, is the gear you start and hold your decent in, and do your best to not over heat the brakes, because then you’re screwed.
