Oh, I’m gonna have to come up with a new name for my Custom Shop, Dogsh#t, recently modified, 3 humbucker, formerly known as a Strat guitar.

Swimming pool rout is the best thing ever. Routing a stock Strat for Humbuckers is a PITA.

I have a music chum who collects 1950's Les Paul's. Everytime he drops in, he asks to play my "fake" Les Paul...
My PRS has three knobs
Volume, Tone with a push pull to engage middle pickup, and 5 way rotary that gives me bridge pickup, outside coils in parallel, series single coils, parallel single coils, and neck pickup.
Somewhat limited switching, but I didn't want to drill any extra holes in the guitar.
I know, I know, it didn't bother me to take the router to it, but extra holes are different.
The Firebird Zero also has three knobs
with volume for the neck & bridge pickup along with the 3 way switch, volume for the middle pickup with push pull for series / parallel switching, and a master tone.
