That turned out really great looking. I just love that roasted neck.
It really did turn out great, not only in the looks department, but it plays and sounds so good!
At least Grant will get to play this one because it won't get flipped!
Well...she is all done, save finding a set of knobs I like. The white ones I ordered are just TOO white and the ones I have on it look much better.
The tuner install and string trees went without issue. Setup was a breeze...very nice low action, no fret buzz and perfect intonation!
Plays and sounds and even looks as good as my 1994 Custom Shop 1960 Stratocaster! I have $1000 wrapped up in it...so if I flip the Custom Shop...

That is a great looking neck.
Personally, I don’t use the string tree on my Strat. I haven’t removed it; I just pass the strings over top of it and the strings never touch it. The return to pitch is better that way.
