Is the Floyd Rose made by Schaller? I saw somewhere that some of these have the Gotoh GE1996T but maybe they have been fitted later?

On the Bare Knuckle forum someone who had these guitars recommended their VHII set, the guy also complained about dark stock pickups. They sound pretty bright in this Wolfgang

Dave on the Floyd Rose it's engraved FR made in Germany on the trem block on the top Peavey/Floyd Rose it looks like a 1000 series FR
I'm no expert on FR. I don't care to modify the new Peavey changing pickups. I have many other guitars to chose from that are stage proven
where I don't have to mess with my amp settings or effects levels. The fix could be as easy as changing amps.
It could be the Peavey likes 100 watt amps instead of 50 watt.

1000 series is made in South Korea. The block might be an upgrade unit, especially if it is brass.

It has a Floyd Rose sustain block 42mm I'm not sure where it was made

42 mm? That's long. Mine are both 33 mmm but the bridges are recessed and the bodies are thinner
