New Guitar Day!! ohhhh laa laa

Pretty cool video BocceBall69er.;) That guitar sure has the looks and playability judging from the video. I wonder what exact type neck profile it is? I heard in the past people prefer the Wizard II necks over the Wizard III. Do you know what neck profile it is on your guitar and what are your in-depth thoughts about it? I gotsa know.:hmmm:

;>)/

Thanks Mr blacky!! My thoughts are, it's awesome. Profile is subjective to people's preferences. I can say, in the short time I've had it, it's making me a better guitar player. Or, at the least, I can play stuff I can't with my other guitars. I'm truly loving it. Flat and wide!!

This wizard, is tops.

Well, it's been a month.
It was perfectly tuned When I received it. It's perfectly tuned now.
I've never made a single adjustment.

It's not like it's just sitting in my closet, I play the heck out of it, and I bend strings like Crazy. It's rare when my expectation are met, and with this guitar they've been greatly exceeded. Blown away even. The playability of this axe is ridiculous. I have some guitars that I'm very fond of, but this RG has bitch slapped all of them. Wow.

Always staying in tune, I find that to be unusual - is the humidity and temp where your gear is kept and played kept very constant?
Mine is not so all my guitars stray a bit - all the strings may go a little sharp or flat from day to day, but stay in tune while playing.

It has gone from cool, to very humid. That's the thing that amazes me. Now, it is a locking trem, so there is more stability, but still....

When it gets humid, the high E on my les paul touches the first fret and I have to raise the action. My SG is sharp almost every time I pick it up. My Js has the same exact trem system, but I'll still have to make minor tweeks in the micro tuners after a couple hard jams.

The only difference so far, is I keep the RG cased. Ive treated it with kid gloves, but when I play it the gloves are off. Not one tuning adjustment. Seems miraculous to me. Needless to say, I'm happy.
