New Gibson SG Supreme Koa

No sooner than I posted this SG, a warmoth built SG hit Facebook marketplace.
“I am doomed to walk the earth alone”
I think that is a Dave Mustaine lyric. Lol I had to find the lyric. Warhorse from the World needs a hero.

Part I: Recipe for Hate

[Verse 1]
Each day, my shortcomings pick my pockets
My faults were letters carved in stone
As meaningful to you as words written in water
I'm left to walk this world alone
In a broken mold they made me
The black sheep of the family
Worth less than zero
My opinion and room temperature IQ
I did something, now I'm nothing
Always wrong with this or that
Poisoned with fear
Watch it twist my measly brain madDee.

Yowsa!! Congrats!!

I already have two of the SG Supreme guitars and they are the best playing SG's or maybe any guitar I have ever owned. The bodies are half thickness mahogany and half thickness maple. The burstbucker pro and pro+ pickups sound great too. Compound radius fretboard. All specs can be seen here: https://www.gibson.com/en-US/p/Electric-Guitar/SG-Supreme/Wine-RedView attachment 102480View attachment 102481
A Supreme....
never having played an SG, I was pondering the Supreme burst.

But with half mahogany and half maple is it really much different from a Les Paul? I have an LP Modern Axcess thinner body sculpted with smooth high fret access. Seems like this would not be any different ultimately??

I have a 3 pickup SG Supra. The 3 way selector switch does bridge, bridge and neck, and then neck. The shaft on the selector switch is also a pot. And that pot blends in the middle pup on any of the 3 selections. Is that how the Supreme operates?
The 3 pickup Supreme has 3 volume pots (One for each pickup), 1 tone pot and a 3-way switch. You can blend it any way you want between the 3 pickups using the switch and volume controls.
