That’s where I had the strap button in the original build, not a strap lock one though. I have since strap locked almost all of my guitars now, hence I put one on the beefier part of the horn. Works well there.Got this idea from another Warmoth build I saw. Yes, I polished the screw heads. I do that on all of my assemblies. Stainless steel screws used all over.

It’s a really solid body there.I'd be to worried the strap lock would eventually fail like that.
Solid Mahogany.Very Nice guitar. Is that mahogany, korina, koa or walnut?
I just gave you a like for this somewhere else. This guitar is already getting around, lol. Looks great, congrats!SG Supreme Koa arrived today. Makes a good companion for my other two Supremes.View attachment 103104
A Supreme....I already have two of the SG Supreme guitars and they are the best playing SG's or maybe any guitar I have ever owned. The bodies are half thickness mahogany and half thickness maple. The burstbucker pro and pro+ pickups sound great too. Compound radius fretboard. I have a 3 pickup SG Supra. The 3 way selector switch does bridge, bridge and neck, and then neck. The shaft on the selector switch is also a pot. And that pot blends in the middle pup on any of the 3 selections. Is that how the Supreme operates?SG Supreme Koa arrived today. The 3 pickup Supreme has 3 volume pots (One for each pickup), 1 tone pot and a 3-way switch. You can blend it any way you want between the 3 pickups using the switch and volume controls.I have a 3 pickup SG Supra. The 3 way selector switch does bridge, bridge and neck, and then neck. I can not find one video or sound clip of the Sugarbuckers yet. The pickups are being sold separately. Just curious about how they sound?SG Supreme Koa arrived today. Makes a good companion for my other two Supremes.View attachment 103104
