I am going to pick one up eventually but not right now.Yep MItch, I was just wanting Adrian to know it was a MIM based on the prices I was talking with the seller.
At one time Chilli I had 2 MIM strats, and only had $400.00 tied up into both of them.Yep MItch, I was just wanting Adrian to know it was a MIM based on the prices I was talking with the seller.

I agree, Adrian. You mentioned the pickups on the Jazz. They looked "different" to my eyes. Like similar to Music Man pups, or do Ric basses have those types?Well-- offers and sales are 2 different things--- why didnt he take the offers and sell them?
ITs a solid deal -- -but not "flip for profit" worthy ---I had a PEavey Grind -- got it for 150 (sold for 250)
6 string is a RARE fit not EVERYONE wants a 6 string bass--- though Bastard might buy it from you
The Fender Jazz---in standard "traditional" pickup form I see for 350.00 and I got one at a pawn shop for 120.00 once-- (sold for 280)
but with that pup configuration-- again gotta find the RIGHT buyer (Id trae you something for it)
So .....................IF you wanted one of the the 3 and could sell off the other 2 and reduce the price on your keeper---GREAT -- otherwise ...
750 is a lot a scratch for boomsticks --- when you can score totally amazingly functional ones for less

If the stars line up correctly.you do know my favorite strat ever ---- is a bone stock MIM strat right?

looks had zero to do with it--
I played (and owned ) many that never stuck------I decided I would find "the one" someday --- from the second I strummed the first chord on that Strat------ it was "mine" -- comfortable as an old pair of levis and familiar as a favorite pair of slippers---
by "purist" standards its crap-- cost a little over 250.00 --- has dings and divots-------some weird discoloration at the 11th fret---- bone stock pickups and a slightly scratchy tone knob---- but I LOVE how it plays and feels and wiggles and moves under my playing---- might be a giant P.O.S. to some -- but I love it
