New Acoustic Day!!

Wha'?

No, no, no, noooo....!

You don't just drop and run now!

This is a "New Guitar Day" thread, after all.

Now is when you post up pics and show off the new baby!
Ill definitely post some stuff tonight. I opened the box to make sure it arrived safe and sound but I haven’t play it yet aside from a few strums.
Once the kiddos finally go to bed I can spend some time with it

It even has a "nerk", what Martin calls a diamond.

"The diamond is a throwback or a remembrance of the days when Martin built necks and headstocks of separate pieces and joined them. The overlapping parts were carved into a diamond...and it is there to this day, but only on some models. When the 35 came out, it got a new neck, unlike the 28, and the diamond was not carried over. It serves no functional purpose, but might make that part of the neck a little stronger".
