I did say it was FRIKKEN TINY!!!


It arrived almost in tune…3 of 6 right on, and the others within 8 cents. It sounds bigger than it looks, and feels pretty darned good!
…and @RVA it seems like it has 11ish to 52 strings…they caliper the same as the ones I just put on the Martin. I could be wrong…my calipers suck for the small strings, but the low E (now NIH! Flat) is definitely a 52.

Honestly, I haven’t taken any pic’s of the back yet…I had to make sure I could reach it from my chair…then there was some playing to be done…where’s that beer of mine?…

They do sound big; I know you have one and I almost bought one myself.

I played one at the local GC, but in the end, I wanted a Concert size since it will be my only acoustic.

I do love some Koa though!

I think you made a fine choice! I also have a full sized Martin DCPA4, so I can appreciate the full figured players too!

Yes! It does seem to punch above it’s weight class but not boomy…nice tone! I hope it ages well, and breaks in nicely.
