So…I was just about to carry the box down to the studio to open and photog the event, when I read the big green seal on the top of the box that basically says that I should wait 24 hours to open the box…
…or risk permanent physical and psychological damage….
I’m torn, really…but the seal is not….yet.

I always open the box as soon as it shows up. My weather may be more stable, not sure.

What temps do you have now?

I opened that Taylor up immediately yesterday!

When the new one comes tomorrow I'll do the same...

I would give it 2-3 hours. That finish is super thin and not likely to crack. The wood will be ok unless there is some very extreme temp shifts going on

It is cold everywhere the guitar has traveled…straight up. I don’t keep it too warm in my home. It has been in th house for over 11 hours now. Thanks to my roomie working from home, it spent zero minutes outside my house…

But WAIT! WOW!! This thing is TINY! It’s like a work of scaled down model art! I’m Diggin’ it as much in real life as the Sweetwater pic’s! Check it…
