@gball my thinking is the Haze being 6v6 has the mid pop fender don't know how to do..it sounds amazing on jensens for the creamy Clapton stuff then onto celestions..i say mini plexi but OD's a lil sooner..with guitar vol knob..you can manipulate this amp very well.. Stupid good on greenbacks & punchy on gt75'v30. Not an effects player but the 3 do work very subtle if needed. Interest to me was the 80's effect. Add just a tad of space maybe on the lead.
The 3203..if you ever run by one. Get it..don't ask questions..best jcm800 sound ever heard(prob why i like (SLX so much --very similar).in the controllable lead tone without fizz or pedal forcing it..just natural gain-instant pinch harmonics but tight)..the amp is so freaking loud on gain side & stays tight on clean but OD's like a plexi but a lil tighter & crisper. The reviews on these are true..how good the clean side is & what happens after 7 on gain knob. I could prob use these 2 for 90% of what i do. The 6v6 also fendery sounds but better mid placement..not always trying to break with a pedal, Was going to get the 2 new studios..played em at levels at friends & my mind peaked..like what have I heard before these..$ 1,295 is some coin for cold 20 watts..none of my 4 holers cost even close tho that, I wanted what the big amps do but at lower levels..def got it...friend sent the one studio back quick..when i brought the 3203 over ..not in any way putting the newer ones down.. it's just hard to part with 1,295 especially with the origin & DSL half price....
