My Signature!!!

HAHA, JT

I never liked how some forums made us use a 2nd place to put pics b4 posting on the forum anyway.
I am not a circuitous type of guy anyway. if it is too complex, I say piss on it.
Looks like Pbucket will get the same reaction if it tries squeezin my wallet.

most other forums i post pics on can go as is; for some reason here and ESG I have to resize them way smaller.
Some times I post there and post a link here, its just a lot easier and faster if I have several photos to post.
I "upload a file" from my PC so I dont have any Photobucket issues, though I have used that site years ago.

I always resize my images to a much smaller file size before uploading to Photobucket. I keep the full-size images on my computer. This has allowed me to consume less than 2% of my available Photobucket library space.

I'm trying to determine how Photobucket is able to identify the fact that an image has been linked. I'm guessing a log is made of each time you click on the button in Photobucket to create the image link. That's just a guess.

So, for those of you who have gotten snagged, can you still see your images on Photobucket?

By the way, this is now all over the place when you start to type "Photobucket" into Google. Websites and forums everywhere are affected. Folks aren't happy!

It's about money and they all pull the same s#it.
Legalized ransomware.

Think back.
ATMs were free for years, until people got used to the convenience.
Then POW! Alla sudden $1.00 "service fee" to withdraw cash.
Now up to $3.00 in the truly cutthroat banks like Chase.

Photobucket:
"We have all your pictures.
If you want to use them we want $400.00 a year from you, otherwise we
will delete the links to them on all the sites you have used them on."

SSDD

I got hit with a ransom virus once.
I went to the Nassau County post office site to look up a zip cone.
The site was corrupted and the malware was sitting there waiting.
I just wiped my hard drive and reloaded World of Warcraft.
Problem solved.
Buy your decryption key?
Intercourse you.
Keeping anything important in a vulnerable place that is connected to the rest
of the world is just plain stupid, and no, I do not use the cloud either.

The dinosaur has spoken.

PS: Yes, I still have a flip phone, a turntable and hundred of vinyl records.

So, I just read a post on a PRS forum from someone who has been affected. He said he got an email from Photobucket telling him he was using his account for 3rd party hosting and he needed to upgrade.

Did anyone who has been affected get an email? Don't forget to check your Junk e-mail folder. I just checked mine and don't have anything.

Windows: close the browser window, reopen in aircraft mode, open task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) end ransomware program, close browser. reopen in access mode and it should be gone.

I just have learned some new information from a reliable source. RVA and Wavmixer have been behind this bullshit scheme of suppressing my signature! Adrian is just a figurehead.

;>)/
Well so much for your reliable source, huh? You my friend Black are welcome here.
