A Mywatt 400 is slightly heavier, but also well below 30 kg. In case of the Mesa Boogie the recipe seems to be: lightweight enclosure (those wooden boxes are pretty heavy) and toroidal transformers.

I am aware of a DIY project getting clean 280 W from just a pair of KT120. At a weight of just 16.5 kg / 33 pounds.
