Yup... New ESR & Capacitance Tester Day! From the UK's Peak Electronic Design, it's their Atlas ESR70 Gold. This cool little gadget can measure ESR measurements of caps while in-circuit and can measure capacitances too. But the tester's capacitance range doesn't start till .3uF, and goes up to 90,000uF. Another cool safety feature is its "auto discharge function". Purchased from Digi-Key for $94 plus $7 for shipping and some tax...: $109 total.
And in some wild action, here's a used F&T cap from my stash being prodded:


Those displayed ESR measurements are considered in the "Normal" range of quality for the sized cap(s) being tested.
Gold plated contacts too:

The Atlas ESR70 won't replace my regular capacitance tester because it cannot measure anything less than .3uF. But it will replace my BLUE ESR meter by Anatek which only measures ESR. If anybody is interested, drop me a message.
